A few days ago, I blogged about the effort of Austin Sendek of UC Davis to get the SI people to recognize “Hella” as the nomenclature for 10^24 power. It would seem that some of the nerds over at Google agree!

Now, if you research on Google how much a hellameter would measure in light years, Google actually calculates it as if hella was an actual designation for 10^27.
Just for the record, 1 hellameter = 1.05702341 × 10^11 light years.
