Does the iPad Cost too Much?
Darren Beckett put together this cool graphic comparing various ereaders and their cost vs. the iPad. Kinda puts things in to perspective. It is my unscientific opinion that the iPad has been slammed in the media but I put my faith in Steve Jobs. The man is a genius, a billionaire and all around good guy… ;) So he knows what market he’s trying to crush and which ones he’s not. I think the target is right on the Kindle but I don’t think the iPad v1.0 is going to be the one that does it. Look for the iPad 3GS to be the one that crushes whatever market he’s gunning for.
Make no mistake though, he’s going to eat *somebody’s* lunch.
p.s. The alternative name that makes me laugh the most for the iPad is the TamPod.

The ipad is the next generation of gadgetry to replace the netbook, but lets face it, it is no kindle and thus the only reason to replace my netbook with it would be the battery life and apps.

F*CK Apple! Please stop launching anymore cool gadget plz… I just cant afford to own more iPod, iPhone, iPad(#iTampoon).
