Ron Hubbard was an awesome science fiction writer. I LOVED Battlefield Earth and while I wish the movie had been better, I didn't think it completely sucked. One other thing to note...one of the volcanoes that was used 75 million years ago to blow up thetans was in Hawaii...which did not exist until about 5 million years ago.
